Turkey Oscar Recipe
Turkey oscar is a easy prepared pre-cooked turkey recipe. Made with sliced and cooked turkey, it is served lightly cooked in butter with toppings of crabmeat and asparagus. With bearnaise sauce spooned over it, the turkey oscar is great for brunches as it is an assembled meal.
Ingredients
4 slices cooked turkey
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can (6 ounces) crab meat, drained, warmed
8 hot cooked asparagus spears Bearnaise Sauce
Toast points, optional
Directions
Heat turkey slices in butter in medium skillet over medium heat.
Place slices on individual plates.
Top each slice with crab meat, asparagus spears and Bearnaise Sauce
