Turkey Or Chicken Enchiladas Recipe
Ingredients
1 pt. sour cream
4-oz. can mild, diced green chilies
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can diced olives
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2-3 c. turkey or chicken, cooked and diced
1 doz. sm. flour tortillas
Directions
Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
Divide the mix in half; set one-half aside.
To the other half of the mixture, add the turkey or chicken, green chilies and 1 cup grated cheese.
Spoon mixture onto flour tortillas and roll up.
Put tortillas in 9 x 13 inch baking dish with seam side down.
Cover tortillas with remaining half of sour cream-soup mixture and top with other cup of cheese.
Sprinkle with diced olives.
Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or at 350° for 20 minutes.
