Toast the bread and spread with the mayonnaise.
Cover generously with the turkey breast meat.
Halve the prunes and lay four halves on each sandwich.
Remove the rind from the cheese.
Lay a slice of cheese on each sandwich and bake them on a baking sheet until the cheese begins to melt.
Cut the bacon slices in half, fry in an ungreased pan until crisp, and drain.
Arrange the sandwiches on plates.
On each sandwich lay 2 pieces of bacon and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
