| 1 turkey carcass, broken into several pieces | ||
| Water | 2 Quart | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Celery stalks | 2 , chopped | |
| 1 carrot, peeled and chopped | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dried marjoram | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| 6 oz. noodles, cooked and drained | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, place the turkey carcass, add the salt, pepper, onion, celery, carrot, parsley, marjoram and bay leaf; cook covered on LOW for about 5-6 hrs.
2) Remove the carcass and the bay leaf from the cooker, chop the meat and discard the bones and the bay leaf, return the meat to the soup; add the noodles, cook covered on HIGH for about 20-30 min.
SERVING
3 ) Serve immediately in nice soup bowls.
