Ingredients

 Egg white1
 Dry white wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/3 cup soft French bread crumbs
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Shallots1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Turkey breast1 pound
 Mushrooms4 Ounce, finely chopped
 Olive oil cooking spray
 6 onion hamburger rolls, split and warmed
 Condiments: Sliced tomatoes, Dijon mustard, rinsed and crisped lettuce leaves, and/or sliced dill pickles

Directions

In a medium-size bowl, beat egg white and wine until blended.
Stir in crumbs, salt, pepper, and shallots; then lightly mix in turkey and mushrooms.
Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
Spray a wide nonstick frying pan with cooking spray.
Place over medium-high heat; add turkey pat-ties.
Cook, turning once, until patties are lightly browned on both sides and juices run clear when a knife is inserted in center (8 to 10 minutes).
