| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tabasco sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Low-fat cottage cheese - 1 1/2 cups | ||
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Pimiento | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in cold water.
2) In another bowl, dissolve the bouillon cube in boiling water.
3) Stir the bouillon mixture into the softened gelatin until dissolved.
4) Place aside to cool.
MAKING
5) In another large bowl, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt, Tabasco and paprika.
6) In the blender, whip the cottage cheese to smooth and creamy.
7) Add the cottage cheese mixture into gelatin mixture.
8) Fold in turkey, green pepper, celery and pimiento.
9) Pour the mixture in a 1 1/2-quart mold.
10) Place the mold inside refrigerator to chill until firm.
SERVING
11) Serve the mousse chilled.
