Turkey Mountain Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup brown rice raw
3 tsp. cornstarch
3 cup chicken bouillon
8 oz. turkey, cooked to taste
Seasoning without salt
1/2 cup corn, steamed
1/2 cup carrots, steamed
1/2 cup peas, steamed
Directions
1. Cook rice until tender, about 60 minutes. Set aside.
2. Whisk cornstarch into chicken bouillon. Heat until thickened.
3. Add turkey, which has been cut into bite-sized pieces. Season to taste.
4. Steam vegetables separately.
