Turkey Mini Loaves Recipe
Ingredients

| 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Minced onion | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Parsley flakes | 2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram, crushed, or Italian seasoning | ||
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 pound ground raw turkey | ||
| 1 1 1/2 -ounce block Swiss or mozzarella cheese | ||
| 1/4 cup barbecue sauce or catsup | ||
Directions
1. Turn the oven to 350°. Crack the egg into the mixing bowl. With the fork, beat the egg lightly till the yolk and white are mixed. Add the bread crumbs, milk, dried onion, dried parsley, salt, marjoram or Italian seasoning, and pepper. Stir with the fork to mix well.
2. Use your hands to break up the ground turkey as you add it to the mixture in the bowl. Mix well using your hands or a wooden spoon.
3. On the cutting board, use the table knife to cut the cheese into 4 long pieces. Place a sheet of waxed paper on the counter or table. Put the turkey mixture on the waxed paper. Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions. Mold each portion around a cheese stick. Then shape each into a small loaf. Put the loaves in the baking pan.
4. Put the pan in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes. Use the hot pads to remove the pan from the oven. With the small spoon, spoon barbecue sauce or catsup over each loaf. Put the pan back in the oven. Bake about 5 minutes more or till no pink color is left in the meat. To check loaves, cut one open. Remove the pan from the oven. Turn off the oven.
