Baked Turkey Meatloaf Recipe Video

| Turkey mince | 2 Pound (or any other meat of your choice) | |
| Oats | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 , diced | |
| Yellow onion | 1 , diced | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Celery stalk | 1 , diced | |
| Sea salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon, grounded | |
| Carrot | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded | |
| Mustard | 1 Teaspoon, grounded | |
| Frozen spinach | 1⁄2 Pound, Defrosted |

Directions
1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
MAKING
2. In a large bowl add in all the ingredients except the spinach. Mix thoroughly with hands.
3. Place the turkey mixture over a parchment paper and press with hands as shown in the video.
4. Top the turkey layer with spinach and roll the mixture to make a loaf.
5. Place the loaf in a loaf pan. Bake in oven for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
SERVING
6. Serve Turkey Meatloaf with garlic bread.
