Turkey Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground turkey | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon salt-free seasoning | ||
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 package brown gravy mix | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In bowl, combine all ingredients, except cooking oil and gravy mix; mix thoroughly.
Shape mixture into 1 1/2-2-inch meatballs.
In hot skillet with 2 tablespoons'cooking oil, brown meatballs.
In large saucepan mix 1 package brown gravy mix according to package directions.
Add meatballs, and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve with cooked noodles or rice.
