Turkey Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Turkey breast | 1 Pound | |
| 1 cup quick-cooking oats | ||
| Ketchup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce | ||
| Dried basil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cooking spray | ||
| Ketchup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Place turkey mixture in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Top with 1/4 cup ketchup. Bake at 400° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
