Ingredients

 Cooked turkey16 Ounce
 8 ounces cooked chopped veal
 Sliced mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 3 slices enriched white bread, made into crumbs
 1/2 cup chicken bouillon
 Tomato juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion flakes1 Tablespoon, dehydrated
 Sage1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix well.
Shape into loaf in 4 x 9 inch pan and bake at 375° F. for one hour.
Let stand about 15 minutes before slicing; divide equally
