Bell Pepper Turkey Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground turkey | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red bell peppers | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Plain dried bread crumbs - 1/3 cup plus 2 teaspoons | ||
| Thyme leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350°Fahrenheit.
MAKING
2 In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients throughly.
3 In a nonstick, baking sheet transfer the ingredients and shape into a loaf.
4 Bake for about 30 minutes, until crisp. (do not overbake or turkey will dry out).
SERVING
5 Serve hot
