Turkey Loaf Recipe

| Milk | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked turkey | 3 Cup (48 tbs), finley diced | |
| Leftover turkey | 3 Cup (48 tbs), stuffing | |
| Wheat germ | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Stir in flour and milk.
Mix well.
Microwave until smooth and thick, about 8 minutes.
After 4 minutes, stir every minute.
Cool slightly.
Beat eggs slightly.
Gradually beat into sauce.
Add salt, pepper, turkey, stuffing, wheat germ and lemon juice.
Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf dish very lightly with vegetable spray.
Shape turkey mixture into a loaf and place in pan.
Cover with waxed paper, microwave 5 minutes, turning one-quarter turn every 2 1/2 minutes.
Shield with foil and microwave an additional 5 minutes.
