 2 1/2 pounds ground raw turkey breast
 Breadcrumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ketchup1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Teaspoon
 Ground nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground cumin1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground coriander1/4 Teaspoon
 4 egg whites, lightly beaten
 Vegetable cooking spray
 Ketchup1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar3 Tablespoon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add onion and next 5 ingredients; saute 5 minutes or until tender.
Combine onion mixture, ground turkey, and next 8 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well (mixture will be wet).
Shape meat mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Combine 1/2 cup ketchup and brown sugar; brush over turkey loaf.
Bake an additional 30 minutes or until done; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
