Turkey Kabobs With Gingered Mustard Sauce Recipe

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Creamy Spread„¢ Mustard
 
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained, juice reserved
 
1 to 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
 
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
 
1 pound fresh boneless turkey cutlets, cut into 1 inch strips
 
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
 
10 cherry tomatoes
 
5 skewers
 
Hot cooked rice (optional)

Directions

In small bowl, combine French's® Creamy Spread„¢ Mustard, reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar and ginger.
Alternately thread pineapple chunks, turkey strips, pepper pieces and tomatoes onto skewers.
Reserve half of mustard mixture.
Grill or broil kabobs, basting with remaining mustard mixture, 15 to 20 minutes or until turkey is tender.
