| 1 small purple onion, sliced and separated into rings | ||
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Slice bread in half horizontally; spread mayonnaise mixture on cut sides of bread.
Layer lettuce leaves, turkey, tomato, and onion on bottom half of bread.
Cover with top half of bread.
Secure sandwich with long wooden picks, if necessary.
To serve, cut sandwich into 6 equal portions.
