Turkey Hawaiian Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 10-ounce package frozen peas | ||
| 1 1/2 cups diagonally sliced celery | ||
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 3 Ounce, broiled | |
| Chicken bouillon cubes | 2 | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 13 1/2 Ounce, drained | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 5 Ounce, drained | |
| Cooked turkey | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Toasted slivered almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cook onion in butter till tender.
Stir in peas, celery, mushrooms, bouillon cubes, and 1 cup water; bring to boil; cover; simmer 5 minutes.
Combine cornstarch and soy sauce; stir into mixture.
Cook and stir till mixture boils.
Add pineapple, water chestnuts, and turkey; heat through.
