Turkey Hash Recipe
This turkey hash is a easily prepared turkey recipe made with vegetables. Made with pre-cooked turkey, the turkey hash is cooked with veggies like celery, onions and bell pepper along with diced potatoes, it has a gravy base to it. Spiced with poultry seasoning, it is seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
Ingredients

| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green bell pepper | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter stick/Margarine | 1/2 | |
| 3 cups diced cooked potatoes | ||
| Poultry seasoning | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Turkey gravy | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cook and stir celery, onion and green pepper in butter in heavy skillet over medium heat until tender.
Stir in potatoes, turkey and seasonings.
Cook over low heat, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add gravy; cook and stir until mixture is hot.
