Turkey Hash Recipe
This Turkey Hash recipe is easily right at the top of my favorite list. This Turkey Hash recipe is sure to sweep you off your feet!
Ingredients
3 cups ground cooked turkey
3 cups finely chopped, cooked potatoes
3 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
3/4 cup turkey broth or canned chicken consomme
4 poached eggs
Tabasco sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to moderate (350° F.).
2. Mix together the turkey, vegetables, seasonings and broth. Place in one large greased casserole or four individual greased casseroles. Cover.
3. Bake one hour for large casserole, or about forty minutes for individual casseroles. Halfway through the baking, remove cover to permit browning.
4. Arrange poached eggs on top of the hash and serve with Tabasco sauce.
