Turkey Ham Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Pimiento | 1 Can (10oz), diced | |
| Ripe olives | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked turkey | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Cooked ham | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 2 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles | ||
| Applesauce | 2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper and cook until limp but not browned. Add pimiento, olives, salt and oregano. Remove from heat.
3. Place turkey pieces in bottom of a buttered 2-quart casserole. Place ham pieces on top of turkey. Top with 1 1/2 cups of the cooked noodles. Spread onion-green pepper mixture over top.
4. Spoon apple sauce over top of onion layer. Toss remaining noodles with melted butter. Place in a ring around edge of casserole.
5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until piping hot and bubbly.
