Turkey Filets with Goat Cheese Recipe

|Chopped shallots||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|

In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the oil and melt the butter.
Add the turkey filets and endives; season and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Add the shallots, cluster of spices, white wine and chicken stock.
Place in the oven and bake for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove the turkey filets and endives; keep warm.
Return the pan to the stove top and incorporate the cream, goat cheese and the mixture of butter and flour.
Let simmer until thick.
Serve the endives, garnished with the sliced turkey filets.
Cover with the goat cheese sauce, and garnish with the grapes and pecans.
