Turkey Divan Seasoned With Paprika Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Hot water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 to 2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon | ||
| Whipping cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1 pound sliced cooked turkey or chicken | ||
| Broccoli package | 1 , Defrosted | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Dash of paprika | ||
Directions
Place margarine in medium bowl.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Blend in flour.
Stir in water, bouillon, cream, sherry and nutmeg.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until thickened, 4 to 7 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan.
Set aside.
Place turkey slices in square baking dish, 8 x 8 inches.
Arrange broccoli spears over top.
Pour cream sauce over broccoli.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and the paprika.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until heated through, 6 to 8 minutes.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
