Turkey Divan Recipe

This turkey divan is a cheesy vegetable poultry recipe. Prepared with cooked turkey pieces, the turkey divan is microwave cooked with mushroom soup and milk.  Broccoli1 pound, frozen
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Condensed cream of mushroom soup1 Can (10oz)
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon dry sherry Generous dash ground nutmeg
 2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
 Shredded Cheddar cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In 10- by 6-inch microwave-safe casserole, combine broccoli and water.
Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on HIGH 6 minutes or until broccoli is almost tender, rotating dish once during cooking.
Let stand, covered, 3 minutes.
Drain.
In medium bowl, stir soup until smooth.
Stir in milk, sherry and nutmeg; stir in turkey.
Pour over broccoli.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with waxed paper; microwave on HIGH 6 minutes or until heated through, rotating dish once during cooking.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
