Turkey Delight Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked turkey breast - 1 pound, skinned | ||
| Linguini | 12 Ounce | |
| Sweet peas | 6 Ounce, frozen | |
| Green onions | 6 , chopped | |
| Tomato | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Balsamic vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Cut the turkey into small cubes.
2) Omitting any oil, cook the linguini as per directions on the packing.
3) Drain and rinse with cold water.
4) Drain well.
5) In a bowl, combine vinegar, oil and seasonings.
6) Mix well and cover.
7) Refrigerate for 2 hours.
SERVING
8) Garnish with sliced olives and serve.
