Turkey Cutlets With Ginger & Lime Sauce Recipe
Turkey cutlets with ginger lime sauce is a peppy poultry recipe. Coated with a egg and flour coating, the turkey cutlets are skillet cooked withItalian dressing to taste. Finished with green onions cooked with the dressing and added lime juice, ginger and broth, the turkey cutlets are served moist and tender.
Ingredients
1 pound boneless turkey cutlets
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup Italian Dressing
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Dip turkey in flour, then eggs, then again in flour.
In large skillet, heat 1/4 cup Italian dressing and cook 1/2 of the turkey over medium heat, turning once, 5 minutes or until done; drain on paper towels and keep warm.
Heat remaining 1/4 cup Italian dressing and repeat with remaining turkey.
Into skillet, add green onions and cook 1 minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients, then bring to a boil to heat through.
