Turkey Cutlets with Apple Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Granny smith apple | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 4 (2-ounce) turkey cutlets | ||
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1 Dash | |
| Cooking spray | ||
| Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a small saucepan, combine tomato, sugar, vinegar, onion, apple and cloves and bring it all to boil
2. Cover it, turn the heat down and simmer for forty five minutes; turn the heat off and let it stand for ten minutes after which turn it into a bowl, cover and chill
3. Spinkle salt and pepper over the turkey and set aside
4. Add a coat of cooking spray on a nonstick skillet, add oil and heat it over medium to high heat
5. Add the turkey to it and cook for a couple of minutes on each side
SERVING
6. Serve the turkey with chutney
