Directions
1. Spray 1-quart microwavable casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange turkey cutlets in casserole; pour in wine and sprinkle with salt. Cover and microwave on Medium-High (70%) for 1 1/2 minutes. Let stand 1 minute to complete cooking. Transfer turkey to serving platter; cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
2. In blender combine tuna and 1 tablespoon water and process until pureed, about 1 minute. Add mayonnaise, yogurt, 1 teaspoon capers, the lemon juice, and pepper and process until pureed, about 1 minute. Pour over turkey and garnish with remaining capers.
