Turkey Cutlets In Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Turkey breast | 1 pound | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon, divided | |
| 1 tablespoon butter or stick margarine, divided | ||
| Marsala wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish; stir well. Dredge turkey cutlets in flour mixture.
2. Place 1 1/2 teaspoons oil and 1 1/2 teaspoons butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until butter melts. Add 3 turkey cutlets, and cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove turkey from skillet, and set aside. Repeat procedure with remaining oil, butter, and turkey, and set aside.
3. Add Marsala, lemon juice, and garlic powder to drippings in skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture is bubbly, stirring constantly; reduce heat to medium, and return turkey to skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
