Turkey Cranberry Loaf Wedges Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberry | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Ground turkey | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup Lemon Juice from Concentrate | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1 tablespoon Chicken-Flavor Instant Bouillon or 3 Chicken-Flavor Bouillon Cubes | ||
| Poultry seasoning | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Reserve 1/2 cup cranberry-orange sauce In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Press into 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 50 minutes or until set.
Top with reserved cranberry-orange sauce.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Cut into wedges; garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
