Turkey Club Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups chopped, cooked boneless turkey roast | ||
| Cream | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Rosemary | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1 Dash | |
| 1 cup smooth cottage cheese | ||
| 1 package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained | ||
| 2 cups cooked wide egg noodles | ||
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
Mix turkey, soup and seasonings.
Mix together cottage cheese and spinach.
In a buttered 2-quart casserole, alternately layer half the noodles, turkey and cottage-cheese mixtures.
Sprinkle with half the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat.
Bake in a 350° F oven for 40 minutes or until top is bubbling and lightly browned.
