Turkey Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| 1 cup chicken or turkey broth | ||
| 1 small can creamed com | ||
| Potato | 1 Medium, peeled | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Turkey | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 1/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper | ||
| 1/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper | ||
Directions
Spray pan with vegetable cooking spray.
Saute onion until translucent.
Add broth, corn, potato, celery and turkey.
Simmer 20 minutes or until potato is tender.
Add salt, pepper, paprika and ginger.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.
Garnish with parsley.
