Ingredients

 Bean sprouts - 1 can (16-oz.), drained
 Celery - 2 stalks, cut into 1-inch pieces
 Onion slice8 , separated into rings
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Oil for stir-frying - 2 tablespoons, or as needed
 Cooked ARMOUR® GOLDEN STAR Boneless Young Turkey - 2 cups, chopped
 Packaged chow mein noodles - 2 cups
 Chicken bouillon cubes2 (For Sauce:)
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon (For Sauce:)
 Salt1 To taste (For Sauce:)
 Pepper To Taste (For Sauce:)
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon (For Sauce:)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Prepare all the vegetables.
2. Mix together the sauce ingredients, whisking in the cornstarch last.

MAKING
3. Heat a wok or large deep frying pan over high heat.
4. Add garlic to hot oil sauté for 20 seconds then add the celery and onions
5. Stir-fry until tender-crisp.
6. Add the bean sprouts and the turkey and sauté a minute.
7. Add the sauce.
8. Heat to boiling, then add the noodles.
9. Mix well and heat through.

SERVING
10. Serve the Turkey Chow Mein immediately in bowls.
