Turkey Chow Mein Recipe
Ingredients
| Bean sprouts - 1 can (16-oz.), drained | ||
| Celery - 2 stalks, cut into 1-inch pieces | ||
| Onion slice | 8 , separated into rings | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Oil for stir-frying - 2 tablespoons, or as needed | ||
| Cooked ARMOUR® GOLDEN STAR Boneless Young Turkey - 2 cups, chopped | ||
| Packaged chow mein noodles - 2 cups | ||
| Chicken bouillon cubes | 2 (For Sauce:) | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon (For Sauce:) | |
| Salt | 1 To taste (For Sauce:) | |
| Pepper | To Taste (For Sauce:) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon (For Sauce:) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Prepare all the vegetables.
2. Mix together the sauce ingredients, whisking in the cornstarch last.
MAKING
3. Heat a wok or large deep frying pan over high heat.
4. Add garlic to hot oil sauté for 20 seconds then add the celery and onions
5. Stir-fry until tender-crisp.
6. Add the bean sprouts and the turkey and sauté a minute.
7. Add the sauce.
8. Heat to boiling, then add the noodles.
9. Mix well and heat through.
SERVING
10. Serve the Turkey Chow Mein immediately in bowls.
