 Thinly sliced celery1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Chow mein vegetables16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
 Fresh sliced mushrooms8 Ounce
 Chow mein noodles1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Place turkey pieces in 2-qt casserole; cover.
Microwave at High 5 to 6 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirring after half the time.
Blend cornstarch and water.
Add to casserole.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except noodles; cover.
Microwave at High 10 to 12 minutes, or until sauce thickens and vegetables are hot, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Top with chow mein noodles.
