Ingredients

 Onion4 Ounce, minced
 2 medium green peppers, seeded and diced
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Paprika3/4 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/4 Teaspoon
 Cooked turkey8 Ounce, shredded
 2 2/3 cups cooked enriched elbow macaroni
 4 ounces American or Cheddar cheese, grated
 Paprika to garnish

Directions

In a nonstick skillet combine onion, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic, paprika, Worcestershire, and dry mustard; cook until vegetables are soft.
Add turkey and cook 5 minutes longer.
Place macaroni in a 2-quart casserole.
Pour turkey mixture over macaroni; sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake at 400°F.
for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Divide evenly.
