Turkey Burgers with Secret Sauce Recipe

| 1 pound lean ground turkey | ||
| Seasoned bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), dried | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon grainy Dijon mustard | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise | ||
| Red onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped (Sauce) | |
| Dill relish | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce) | |
| 1 teaspoon grainy Dijon mustard | ||
| Pepper sauce | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce) | |
| 8 slices lite whole wheat bread, toasted | ||
| Green leaf lettuce | ||
| Tomato | 1 , sliced (Sauce) | |
Directions
To make the burgers: Preheat the broiler.
Coat a broiler-pan rack with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, bread crumbs, parsley, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into 4 burgers.
Place the burgers on the prepared rack.
Broil 4" to 6" from the heat for 10 minutes, turning once, or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest portion registers 165°F and the juices run clear.
To make the sauce: Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, onion, relish, mustard, and hot-pepper sauce.
