Turkey Burgers With Sage And Onion Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground turkey | 1 pound | |
| Yellow onion | 1 Small, squeezed | |
| Ground sage | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1/2 cup soft whole-wheat bread crumbs | ||
| 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper | ||
Directions
1 Preheat the broiler, setting the rack 6 inches from the heat.
In a medium-size bowl, combine the turkey, onion, sage, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
With moistened hands, form the mixture into 4 patties.
2 Place the patties on a lightly greased broiler pan and broil for 5 minutes.
Turn the patties over and broil 5 minutes more or until the juices run clear when a patty is pricked with a fork.
