 Ground turkey meat3 Pound
 Squash zucchini3/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Sliced mushrooms2 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed
 Onion soup mix envelope1 , dried
 1/4-1/2 cup Bar-B-Q sauce
 8 slices Kraft or Borden fat-free cheese
 8 Wonder Fat-Free Buns

Directions

Combine the first four ingredients together in a bowl.
Form meat into patties.
Place patties in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before cooking.
Grill outside on outdoor grill or on a Jen-Aire grill inside for best results.
Baste patties with Bar-B-Q sauce while cooking.
Cook about 5-7 minutes on each side.
Place a slice of fat-free cheese on each patty for the last minute of cooking time.
