Turkey Breast Recipe
Ingredients
| Turkey breast | 1 Pound | |
| Black pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt and pepper | 1 |
Directions
Place breast in center of small serving platter.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Cook breast, skin side up, for 6 minutes on High.
Baste well.
Rotate platter 1/2 turn.
Cook 6 minutes.
Baste.
Turn breast, skin side down.
Baste.
Cook 7 minutes.
Baste.
Remove breast, arrange bed of stuffing on the serving platter.
Place breast, skin side up, in center.
Baste.
Cook 6 minutes.
Baste well.
Remove platter from oven.
Wrap with foil and let stand for 5 minutes.
Test for done-ness.
Season to taste.
