Turkey Asparagus Stacks Recipe
Ingredients
| French salad dressing | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 10-ounce package frozen asparagus spears, cooked and drained | ||
| 2 bagels, halved and toasted | ||
| Cooked turkey | 8 1 Ounce | |
| 4 2/3-ounce slices low-calorie process cheese product, halved diagonally | ||
Directions
Combine salad dressing, onion, and pepper; pour over asparagus, Refrigerate several hours.
Remove asparagus with slotted spoon.
Spread some dressing mixture on the toasted bagel halves.
Top with the sliced, cooked turkey; spread dressing mixture between turkey slices.
Top with cooked asparagus spears.
Broil 4 inches from heat 4 minutes.
Place cheese atop asparagus.
Broil 1 minute more.
