Ingredients

 
1/4 cup butter
 
1/4 cup flour
 
1 cup undiluted evaporated milk
 
1 cup turkey or chicken broth
 
2 cups diced cooked turkey
 
1/4 cup dry sherry
 
1 package (10 ounces) mixed frozen vegetables, cooked and drained
 
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
 
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
 
Hot cooked noodles

Directions

Heat butter in blazer pan over medium heat.
Add flour and let bubble.
Place over boiling water in pan and gradually stir in milk and broth.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
Add remaining ingredients and heat to serving temperature.
