Ingredients
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound turkey breast cutlets, cut into 1/2"-wide strips
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups sliced yellow summer squash
1 cup cubed green or sweet red peppers
4 ounces snow peas, ends and strings removed
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Directions
Combine the black pepper, paprika and garlic powder in a pie plate.
Roll the turkey strips in the mixture until coated.
In a wok or large skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of the oil over medium-high heat.
