 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
 1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
 1 tablespoon Oriental sesame oil or vegetable oil

 1 large sweet red pepper, cored, seeded, and coarsely chopped
 1 large sweet green pepper, cored, seeded, and coarsely chopped
 1 large red onion, coarsely chopped
 1/2 medium-size bunch watercress, stems removed

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, oil, chutney, and black pepper until smooth.
Add the turkey, stuffing mix, red and green peppers, onion, and water cress; toss well.
