Turkey and Mint Tagine Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 | |
| 6 whole cardamom | ||
| Whole Cloves | 10 | |
| 3/4 lb/375 g turkey meat, cubed | ||
| Yoghurt | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mint | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Raisins | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Heat the oil and saute the cinnamon, cardamoms and cloves.
2. Put in the turkey cubes and brown.
3. Put in the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil and cook until thickened.
4. Sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon.
5. Serve with couscous salad and chopped fresh mint.
