Turkey and Corn Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 c leftover turkey pieces | ||
| 3 eggs, well-beaten | ||
| 3 c. bottled milk or 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk and 1 1/2 c. water | ||
| 2 tablesp. flour | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| 1 2/3 c. canned whole grain corn | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
Directions
Place turkey slices or pieces in the bottom of a greased 2 qt casserole.
Beat eggs, milk, and flour together.
Add remaining ingredients, and pour over the turkey.
Bake in a moderate oven of 325°F for 1 hr., 15 min., or until a silver knife inserted in the center of the mixture comes out clean.
