Ingredients

 2 c leftover turkey pieces
 3 eggs, well-beaten
 3 c. bottled milk or 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk and 1 1/2 c. water
 2 tablesp. flour
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/4 Teaspoon
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 1 2/3 c. canned whole grain corn
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced

Directions

Place turkey slices or pieces in the bottom of a greased 2 qt casserole.
Beat eggs, milk, and flour together.
Add remaining ingredients, and pour over the turkey.
Bake in a moderate oven of 325°F for 1 hr., 15 min., or until a silver knife inserted in the center of the mixture comes out clean.
