Turkey Aglia Olio Recipe
Ingredients
| Turkey breast - 1 lb, boneless, skinless | ||
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, finley minced | |
| Oregano | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Angel hair pasta - 10 oz. , hot, cooked | ||
| Nonfat cooking spray | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Cutting across the grain of the meat, thinly slice the turkey breast.
2 Coat the grill with cooking spray.
MAKING
3 In a small bowl, mix together the oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt.
4 Place the turkey slices on the grill and cook for 3-4 minnutes or until completely cooked.
5 On a serving platter, place the pasta and pour over the sauce. Toss well.
SERVING
6 Arrange the turkey slices on top of the tossed pasta and serve immediately.
