Ingredients
1 turkey
1 medical syringe
1/2 cup cream
Directions
Fill the syringe with cream and inject generously into the legs of the bird and more frugally into the breast.
Paint the bird all over with melted butter and roast in the usual way.
This might be a good idea with frozen fowl, which tend to be so dry, though I must honestly admit I never cooked a frozen bird.
