Ingredients

 1 pound turbot or sole fillets
 Parsley1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Green onions2 , chopped
 Dried basil1/2 Teaspoon, crumbled
 1 teaspoon grated orange or lemon peel
 2 teaspoons safflower or corn oil
 Cherry tomatoes1 Dozen, halved
 Salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste

Directions

Arrange fish in a lightly buttered baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
Mix together the parsley, onions, basil, citrus peel, and oil and strew over fish.
Arrange tomatoes cut side down on top.
