Ingredients

 Wholemeal flour - 4 tablespoons
 Sea salt1 To taste
 Black pepper1 To taste
 Onion - 1 small, peeled and cut into rings
 Polyunsaturated margarine - 1 ounce
 Milk3/4 Pint
 Cauliflower florets1 Pound
 Almonds1 Ounce, flaked

Directions

MAKING
1) In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of flour, a little salt and pepper.
2) To this, add the onion rings and toss well.
3) Then, shake off and reserve the surplus flour.
4) In a medium sized bowl, put the margarine.
5) On high power, heat for 20 seconds or until melted.
6) To this, add the floured onion and on high power, cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden. You should turn the onion rings over once in between.
7) To this, add the reserved seasoned flour and the unseasoned flour along with the milk. Stir well and mix.
8) On high power, cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
9) Adjust the seasonings as per your desire. Let stand covered while you cook cauliflower.
10) In a small bowl, arrange the cauliflower florets interspersed with the almonds. Try and form the shape of cauliflower in the bowl.
11) On high power, cook covered for 6 minutes or until the florets are just tender.
12) Now, to a hot serving dish, turn the cauliflower out and adjust the shape if necessary.

SERVING
13) Serve the Turban of Cauliflower, topped with the onion sauce.
