Ingredients

 Elbow macaroni1 Pound
 White tuna2 Can (10oz)
 Water chestnuts1 Can (10oz)
 1 [12 oz.) jar olives with pimento
 Green pepper1
 Mayonnaise (to suit taste)
 Paprika
 1 small twig parsley

Directions

Cook macaroni then add the tuna (after breaking it up), water chestnuts, sliced, olives, sliced, and green pepper cut into small cubes.
If you choose also add minced onion or one small sliced onion.
Mayonnaise, mix it all up and chill.
Serve with paprika sprinkled on top and some parsley.
