Tuna/Macaroni Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Elbow macaroni | 1 Pound | |
| White tuna | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 [12 oz.) jar olives with pimento | ||
| Green pepper | 1 | |
| Mayonnaise (to suit taste) | ||
| Paprika | ||
| 1 small twig parsley | ||
Directions
Cook macaroni then add the tuna (after breaking it up), water chestnuts, sliced, olives, sliced, and green pepper cut into small cubes.
If you choose also add minced onion or one small sliced onion.
Mayonnaise, mix it all up and chill.
Serve with paprika sprinkled on top and some parsley.
